B.Sc. Critical Care Technology : Under Graduation : Four Years

This is an undergraduate three year programme which provides critical and intensive care to patients in the emergency ward of a hospital. Candidates are also trained to monitor equipment, record important data, and same vital data with physician. The course also trains candidates to provide first-aid to patients in the absence of a certified medical professional. Training is also provided to handle a variety of injuries, physical ailments and to transport patients to external facilities for extended treatment. The field of critical care technology is focused on providing advanced medical care and support to patients in critical or intensive care units. The demand for critical care services is rising due to factors such as an aging population, an increase in chronic diseases, and advancements in medical treatments.

Eligibility Criteria : +2/Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects.
